Michigan Rising Action is committed to protecting Michigan taxpayers, and to highlight the positive impacts of tax reform. Republicans provided working Michigan families with tax relief that resulted in a supercharged economy, wage growth, and record-low unemployment.

Michigan Rising Action will hold liberals and their special interest groups accountable by exposing their radical policies that, if enacted, will eliminate private healthcare insurance for all Michiganders, lead to unprecedented tax hikes and ruin the state’s economy.

MEDICARE-FOR-ALL

A single-payer, government-mandated approach to healthcare will cost taxpayers more than $32 trillion over ten years, eliminate private insurance, and force every American into a one-size-fits all government-run plan. Michigan Rising Action will continue to expose Medicare-for-All, and its true cost to working Michiganders and the American people.

TRADE

38.9% of Michigan’s GDP depends on international trade—the highest in the nation—and 65% of the state’s exports are bound for Canada and Mexico. Michigan Rising Action supports trade policy that benefits Michigan, like the USMCA—which is essential to more than 338,300 Michigan jobs.
